Hi everyone! I’m Kimberly, and I’m based outside of Cincinnati. I work as an Instructional Designer, where I spend most of my time creating learning experiences for banks and credit unions. My focuses are designing training content, building videos and resources, and working with subject matter experts to figure out how to make products easier to understand and adopt.

I joined the Cohort because I’m interested in how AI can support day‑to‑day work, especially in content creation and learning design. I’m hoping to pick up tips and ideas I can use right away to work smarter and improve what I create.

Annie and Rosco are my two at home "coworkers" who love to sun and bark at anything trespassing in their yard.

So happy you joined us, KimberlyAllen-b​! Do you find yourself gravitating towards Rise or Storyline to create your learning experiences?

Also are Annie and Rosco siblings? They're almost identical!
