Lovely to e-meet you all, I'm Richard located in London (England) working for the Financial Times as a "Training & Growth Manager" for our Customer Contact Centres, which essentially means I manage a team of trainers and recruiters who design and deliver F2F/Virtual and Online Learning, and go out and find the best members to join our teams!
Really looking forward to starting the course and learning more about using AI with Articulate - we've dabbled a bit within the team and on 360 and rise, curious what else is now possible with the updates, also hearing how others have used AI to create more engaging content 😃
