Hey everyone! I'm Nadia - I'm an instructional designer at Kaiser Permanente (official title: Design & Documentation Consultant). I'm located in Virginia but work with multiple states. Within my role, I design and develop trainings + resources for our call center teams. 

I joined the cohort to get a better handle on AI since I use Articulate primarily within my work. I'm excited to learn all the tips and tricks!

Meet Murray (pup) and Milo (cat) in a rare picture of them together! Milo mostly just tolerates Murray, but they're both great!

Hi, Nadia! I, too, work for KP as a Design & Documentation Consultant IV, Technical Training. I used to work in the NW for 10 years supporting KPHC training, but now I work at the National level supporting several member facing teams.
