Hi everyone! 👋

I’m Diana Jacobs, based in Phoenix, Arizona. I work at Nextiva on the Learning & Development team as a Learning Experience Leader. Day-to-day, I design and build learning experiences, everything from sales training and onboarding programs to interactive courses in Rise and Storyline.

I joined this AI Assistant Certification Cohort because I love learning and want to make sure I’m fully unlocking the potential of the AI Assistant in my workflow.
