Week 1 Welcome & Introductions

Hi everyone! 👋
My name is Carlos Sebastian, and I’m currently based in Quebec city. I work as a Training Content Creator, where my day‑to‑day combines instructional design, audiovisual production, and the development of digital learning experiences for corporate and educational environments.

My background is in Audiovisual Arts and Multimedia, and I also completed postgraduate studies in e‑Learning. I’m especially passionate about researching, designing, and implementing learning projects for digital media, and I love experimenting with new technologies to create training that is engaging, clear, and effective for learners.

I joined this AI Assistant Certification Cohort because I see a huge opportunity to use AI not just to save time, but to enhance creativity, improve learner engagement, and explore new ways of designing meaningful learning experiences. I’m excited to learn practical strategies, exchange ideas with others, and think beyond traditional course formats.
