Hi everyone! I’m Erin, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and I work remotely as the eLearning Administrator for FACTS, a Nelnet company. I lead the strategy, design, and development of eLearning for internal onboarding and customers using our platforms. I’m also a mom of three energetic boys—so multitasking is basically my superpower.💥 I’m excited to learn more about AI Assistant and how it can support and enhance our eLearning design work.
I am from Manitoba, but I have been to Grand Rapids and I love it there. Apparently, I have a lot of long-lost family there I hope to find one day!
