Week 1 Welcome & Introductions

Good Morning! 

My name is Emily Hartley. I work as a Learning and Development Consultant for Morley Companies, a diverse Business Process Outsourcing company. My day-to-day includes crafting e-learning for both synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences, managing the system and facilitating virtual instructor led training sessions. 

I am located in Bay City, MI, with my snuggle bug pictured below. 

I joined this cohort as way to ensure that I am making my Learning and Development a priority, and to learn something new. The desire for growth, learning and development has risen exponentially within Morley throughout the past few years and I hope that I can find some tips and tricks to shorten the time it takes to get an e-learning course to production, while still maintaining standards.
