Week 1 Welcome & Introductions
Hi everyone, my name is Dirk and my official title is "Digital Learning Expert" at Carglass Germany. Building digital courses (from scratch) is part of my job description, but for the most part I focus on the processes and systems surrounding them.
I joined the cohort to live up to my job title, create better e-learning courses (hello, imposter syndrome 😉), and systematically build the skills needed to make the most of AI features on course design.
My “colleagues” and I live and work near Cologne (Germany), and we are really looking forward to the next two weeks with you all.
Great to meet you DirkE and colleagues. Hopefully, the water bottle on your desk is decorative rather than functional (for aches and pains). 😅 Your goals will surely be realized and then some. We look forward to growing together. Welcome to the cohort!
