Hey everybody! I’m Terri Metcalf. I’m originally from Los Angeles, now calling Dallas home, which means I’ve traded ocean views for big skies and really strong opinions about tacos. I’m the L&D Program Manager at Sally Beauty in Plano, TX, where I get to do work I genuinely love. I’m one of the keepers of our culture. I help bring our purpose and values to life through learning, engagement, and programs that support our associates as they grow and stretch into what’s next.
I joined this AI Assistant Certification because I’m ready to level up my AI game. I’m curious, I like to experiment, and I want to create more meaningful, engaging content for our associates. I’m excited to learn and see how AI can make the work we do even better.
