My name is Crystal Dunham, and I’m based in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. I work at The Co-operators as a Learning Development Specialist, where I create e-learning for insurance professionals. On my team, Learning Experience Designers act as the architects of the design, and they pass it to myself and other developers, who bring the learning to life.
- I've joined this because I want to figure out ways to help designers with prompts and work with them to build efficiencies. It's difficult because they do not have access to the articulate tools, but I am hoping this opens the door to some collaboration.
