I’ve been with KP for four years, starting as a graduate intern while completing my master’s in Learning Design and Technology. I now design training for front office staff across NCAL.

Hi everyone! My name is Alex Spiering-Kortendick 👋 I'm a Benefits Specialist at Uline in Wisconsin. While my primary responsibilities are to assist employees with benefit questions and managing our benefits with our vendors, I am also developing benefit education for our employees.
I joined this cohort to see how I can make my eLearning development even easier for myself and my organization, especially since this isn't my "day job". Thanks! 💜

Hello AlexSpiering ! It's always great to meet another Wiscosinite! I am based in Green Bay (🧀💚) and of course a Packer backer!
I hope you will find as much value in these activities as I have found when I attended. The AI Assistant has been fantastic for creating high-quality narrations for my course development. Have you experimented much with using AI?

Hello new friends!
I'm Victoria (she/her) and I own the development and implementation of the learning strategy at my organization. This cohort will help me learn how this tool can be best utilized for the content designers within the company!

Hi All! I hope I am not too late. I live in Rhode Island, and I'm an E-Learning Dev and LMS Manager for a large non-profit. I have two cats named Deago and Dart and a sweet silly doggy named Wynnie.
I'm excited to expand my skill set because one of my team's goals this year is finding ways to leverage Gen AI.

Hello JenniferSun-2ec and welcome! We are glad you joined the cohort. Which do you use more often, Storyline or Rise? The coming weeks will surely help you enhance your curriculum design using the AI Assistant.
- JenniferSun-2ecCommunity Member
Thank you! I use RISE more often.

Hi everyone! I am Saravanan from Hyderabad, India. I work as an Instructional Design Consultant with Verizon. I work on creating new content and updating existing ones for the new employees joining the Customer Success Teams. I develop most of my content using Storyline and Rise. I am here to learn about new AI features and how to quickly kick-start the first part of the creation process.
So glad you made it, Saravanan_Rajan! It sounds like most of the training you create is for internal Verizon employees, is that right? Excited for you to explore all that AI Assistant has to offer!
- Saravanan_RajanCommunity Member
You are right! For Verizon internal employees. Thank you!

Hi, I'm Tina a learning specialist based in New Zealand. I joined the Articulate AI Assistant Cohort so I can learn more about the tool and see how it can be applied in my work. My office is on my small farm - so these are some of my companions
What cute companions you have, TinaWilks-db79b! What kind of work do you do? Have you been primarily using Rise or Storyline in your role, or perhaps a bit of both?

Hi y'all!
I'm a little slow getting started due to a huge deadline at work, but I am happy to be here! I'm Suzanne from Arlington, Texas, which is a suburb of Dallas. I've lived here more of my life than I've lived anywhere else, and although Texas is pretty crazy these days, it's still my home.
I kind of wear 2 professional hats: I'm a college English professor, using Articulate to develop materials for students in my online courses. In this age where no one wants to read anything lengthy, Rise and Storyline make it possible to engage students.
I'm also an instructional designer. Currently, I'm working a contract developing course materials for a technical college, doing the ID reviews of storyboard, objectives, and activities to ensure that everything is aligned with the requirements of the various licensing boards. I wish I was actually developing materials, but that's not what this role is, at least at present.
I have been working with AI in numerous capacities the past couple of years, and so I rarely skip an opportunity to learn more about it. I'm hoping that I can learn some tips for streamlining my workflow, especially when developing interactions.
Oh, the most important part . . . here is a photo of Queen Bee. As her name suggests, she totally runs this place. She's a 9 year old rescue, give or take, and she's super sweet and cute!Looking forward to meeting and working with everyone!
Howdy DrSusieDish82 ! Wearing two professional hats as a college professor and an instructional designer is really impressive, and it sounds like Rise and Storyline are pulling real weight in both roles. So glad you made it here despite the big deadline! Also, Queen Bee is living up to her name. What a sweetheart. 👑

- Hi all, I'm late to the game as we are half way through week 2 and I am just getting started! My name is Cindy Parker and I am located in Surrey BC Canada.
I work for Westland Insurance.ca and am in L&D and have a focus on Leadership Development. We're at the beginning stages of building a robust Leadership Development program here. - I joined this AI Assistant Certification Cohort because I love to learn, I need to know more about how AI Assistant will help me tighten development times, and how an engaging online certification program can look (YES you got me... I'm watching YOU for ideas!
- I very recently lost my sweet little Sugar 😢 (the brown one) also known as Sugar bear who went blind at 9 years old and lived until 12 and was the biggest cuddlebug and most DETERMINED little soul I have ever known (I learned so much from her!). I still have my little Angel (white one) though who is now 13 years, and living with a heart condition, so I enjoy our time together as much as I can! ❤️
Welcome aboard, CiParker! I love that you're here not only to learn about AI Assistant, but to also build your own certification program in the future! Hopefully this cohort sparks some ideas for you. I'm sorry for your loss of sweet Sugar, and Angel is beautiful! 💛

Oh sweet little Sugar Bear...I imagine she is spending time with my Storm in dog heaven. And dear Angel, I hope you fiercely enjoy your time together. Our dogs teach us how to be better humans.💛
