Hello! I'm Gina from Northern California. I work as a Learning Design Consultant at Kaiser Permanente primarily focused on leadership development. I do curriculum design, instructional design, e-learning and more. I'm excited for a hands-on experience using AI Assistant and hope to learn some best practices.
My furry buddy here is Preston. He helps me to attain my daily stand goals and stretch breaks.- MelAngiuloPeer Guide
Hi Gina, welcome to the cohort! Preston looks like a very helpful assistant and I see that he's training an intern too (lol)! I think you'll have fun getting that hands-on experience over the next couple weeks and I look forward to seeing what you create!

Hi everyone! I’m Jordyn Avery, based in Olympia, Washington, and I work at WSECU as an Organizational Learning Specialist. My work spans instructional design and facilitation, supporting everything from operational training to change management and service-focused learning, with a focus on helping teams build skills and confidence during moments of change.
I joined this AI Assistant Certification Cohort to better understand the AI and assistant tools available within Articulate. My development workload fluctuates, and every time I jump back into Articulate, new tools and features have been introduced. I’m hoping this cohort helps me stay current, build confidence using these tools intentionally, and design learning solutions that are more efficient and supportive for learners.

Hi Jordyn Avery, welcome to the cohort! I agree, it seems like there's always a new Articulate update rolling out and the AI tools especially have come SO far, SO fast! I think you'll get that confidence you're looking for in the next couple weeks! 🙂

Hi, everyone!
John Moore here, Training Team Lead at Yukon Learning. My day-to-day activities include conducting training sessions on the Articulate tools and developing custom courses for clients.
I wanted to join the cohort to see how amazing people like Alyssa and Tom teach. I'm familiar with how to use the AI Assistant but I'm also always trying to make sure I'm speaking the same language in my training sessions. And, I'm 100% confident that I'll pick up some tips and tricks along the way!
Here is our dog, Buddy. He's a miniature schnauzer/wireless doorbell (we don't need a doorbell because he let's us know if someone is even thinking about walking near our front door).
Happy to meet you all and can't wait to dive in!

John_Moore_YL john_moore_yl . All in our house can relate to the 'No doorbell required' situation. We call our dog 'the early warning system'.
Hey there John_Moore_YL so glad you're here! And I have recommended your Articulate tutorials to more people than I can count, so the fact that you're here to learn from us is honestly a little surreal. 😄
Excited to learn together over the next couple of weeks!

Hello everyone, I am a freelance instructional designer and media producer based in Berlin, Germany, with around 30 years' experience designing content for digital learning environments. Having been involved in computer-based training from its earliest days on CD-ROM, I am very enthusiastic about using AI to improve production processes and e-learning methodologies.

Hey Everyone! Looking forward to coming together, collaborating and learning over the next few weeks. My name is Lauren and I live in Torquay in South Devon and am a total beach and water lover. I've been in L&D for 20+ years and my current job role is Learning and Development Operations Manager for a Global People Development Company, a job I absolutely love. We are a small company so I can wear multiple hats, I do everything from Managing our Global Programme Managers in the roll out of our training programmes to designing, writing and developing both digital and face-to-face learning materials. I am in the office in Devon 2 days a week and work from home for the remaining 3 days, gives me flexibility to do my morning sea swims and take my Sprocker Barkley for walks along the Coast Path. Hi-de-ho everyone --
I'm Tracy and live just outside of Atlanta Georgia. I work for Children's Healthcare of Atlanta as a Learning Experience Designer. Not to age myself, but I've been using Articulate back when it was an add on for PowerPoint. I love learning new ways to make building courses more efficiently. No pets at this time but love all pets and can't wait to envy those of you that share pictures.
Can't wait to get started and 'play' with this new feature.- MelAngiuloPeer Guide
Hi Tracy, welcome to the cohort! It's so cool to hear that you've been using Articulate for so long! I look forward to seeing what tricks you learn and what you think about all the new features!
