Hi everyone! I'm Tina, based in sunny Singapore☀️. I'm a Rapid Instructional Designer on the training team, where I specialise in building fast-turnaround training for customer-facing teams. On any given day, you'll find me "converting" complex workflows and policies into engaging, digestible e-learning courses, primarily using Articulate Rise 360. 

I joined this AI Assistant Certification Cohort because I'm genuinely curious about how AI can make training content development faster and smarter. I'm hoping to walk away with practical skills I can apply directly to my work.

My name is Nandini Barve, and I’m based in Toulouse, France. I'm a Senior Manager Global LMS at Cepheid . Day to day, my work sits at the intersection of learning strategy, technology, and enablement—I partner closely with global and regional teams to design, launch, and optimize learning experiences, manage LMS programs end to end, and ensure our platforms actually drive behavior change and performance, not just course completion.

I joined the AI Assistant Certification Cohort to learn how to use AI in practical, responsible ways, especially to support learning and enablement, so it actually helps people in their day-to-day work.

A week late to the party 🎉but happy to finally share my introduction!

I’m Ananth Venkatesh, based in Bengaluru, India, and I work as a Senior Instructional Designer at State Street. In my role, I focus on investment and banking-related content, simplifying complex topics for a broader audience. I design and develop courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 on a day-to-day basis.

I have been using the Articulate AI Assistant for some time now, and it has been incredibly helpful for both me and my team. At the same time, I’m keen to deepen my understanding of its full range of features. I’m looking forward to learning from this community and leveraging this platform to elevate the quality and efficiency of my work.

I'm a curriculum designer at Thomson Reuters where I work with our product experts to create training guides and materials that our trainers use during their classes. I joined the cohort to learn more about AI can help me with my daily work in particular my work in Articulate.

My name is pronounced “no-emmy”—like “no Emmy award.” I’m based in the Antelope Valley in northern Los Angeles County, California, and work remotely for a global consulting firm as a Senior Instructional Designer in L&D Corporate Services. I design and deliver learning solutions for employees across both public and private sectors, covering topics such as leadership development, performance management, information security, and legal compliance. I manage projects end-to-end—from intake through post-launch evaluation—while also recommending improvements to SME engagement models and L&D processes.

I joined this AI Assistant Certification Cohort to learn more about the evolution of this key tool and gain a better understanding of its capabilities and how I may leverage them to better support my clients.

Hi all! I'm Heather here in MN. Trying to get the warm weather to stick! I'm an instructional designer for HealthStream in TN. We do our projects completely in Rise. We also do how-to-videos that we put in those Rise modules. My boss, coworker and I joined the certification cohort so we can learn more about the AI features.

Hi, my name is Julio Mora, and I’m a Design and Delivery Consultant at Kaiser Permanente in Los Angeles, CA. I focus on instructional design, creating patient education materials, and developing training programs for staff.

I joined the Articulate AI Assistant Cohort to gain hands-on experience and build responsible AI skills for use in instructional design.

Hi, Shawn McCreight here. I am a Manager, Digital Development Architect at Scotiabank in Canada for the last few years. I have been in the Learning & Development and Knowledge Management field for 30 years. Starting as a facilitator, then Instructional Designer & eLearning Developer as well as other roles. My passion has always been on the creative side in design & development

I love how technology has shaped the profession over the years. I like to joke and say when I started it was with a pair of scissor and glue stick for updating learning binders :) 

In my role today I am fortunate to work on a variety of learning projects that can be elearning (Rise or Storyline), or video, or a blend of those.

I have been using AI Assistant since last year and have loved the enhancements that have been made (thank you), so why I am here is to learn what I don't know. Tips and best practices.
