If I'm reading your comment correctly, you'd like the ability to add both text and an image to one side of a flashcard (because it's either/or right now)? In the past, I have used the workaround of creating images in an outside program that include both a text title and an image. Then I would download them as a single image to upload as the cover for a flashcard.
