I changed the theme colour, added knowledge checks and added ai generated images.
Which AI feature or capability was most valuable in your workflow, and why? Did anything about it surprise you?
Rapid Content Structuring and Reorganization was the most valuable feature. When I received the three source documents (PDF, PPTX, DOCX), the AI instantly analysed all the content, identified natural groupings, and proposed a logical three-lesson structure that built progressively from foundations (workplace happiness) to application (finding purpose) to leadership responsibility (mental health support).
What challenges did you face when trying to get AI to produce the results you wanted?
The source documents had varying tones—the PDF was formal, the PPTX was casual, the DOCX was instructional. The AI's first draft mixed these tones within single paragraphs. I had to request a consistent "professional but approachable" voice throughout and provide examples of what that sounded like.
