I experienced the same issue with a lack of diversity in the AI generated images, which I honestly find surprising these days. I don't recall the exact prompt I wrote, but I wanted an image of someone on a teams/online meeting with 9 participants and they were all white males. I had to specify "diverse" to get what I'd expect to see with that number of people in a request.
Same. It was also a little annoying when it seemed they are using the exact same person for all of the people in the same image.
