Week 2 - Group 3 Discussion
Hi, everyone!
Here is my quick share link: https://share.articulate.com/-Dvc4k_GSoLalyMUfgWQ6
Three changes I made were:
- Using AI to edit the images within the Building Trust, Engagement, and Purpose lesson to include a more diverse range of people so the visuals would appeal to a broader audience.
- Using AI to convert paragraph text into a sorting activity.
- Using AI to generate more content based on existing content ("Write a paragraph that flows naturally from this text").
Valuable feature:
- I would say having AI write a prompt for you was great to learn because this can solve that writer's block issue of not knowing what exactly to use for a prompt when generating an image.
Challenges:
- I'm not sure it's a challenge but there are times when you bump up against the current limitations of AI. For example, I was trying to convert a numbered list into an accordion or tab interaction but it apparently didn't have enough information to add in the headings itself.
Hey there, there was a cool thing you did that I liked. On the flashcards you added and example of a question to ask for each card. I think that works to bring a little real life connection so you know what these concepts look like on actual people. I did something very similar but I added audio for the sample using different voices. You did something similar when you added a "tip" to each item in one of the accordions. I like that style of having the concept demonstrated briefly like that. If I could offer a little feedback, I would have bolded or changed the font color for the "tip", like you did for the "Ask" notes. (It's not a real criticism because I know we only had so much time.) What I did was essentially put the tip/ask into audio and let AI add human tone to it.
