Share 3 changes you made to the Rise AI Course Draft to improve learner engagement.

I made several changes to improve learner engagement throughout the course. First, I updated the visuals by changing many of the images to a LEGO theme. I wanted the course to feel more fun, cohesive, and visually interesting for learners instead of relying on standard stock imagery.

In addition, I added a stronger hook at the beginning of the course to better capture attention right away and encourage learners to stay engaged with the content.

Finally, I increased the level of interactivity throughout the course. I added additional knowledge checks throughout and included a matching activity in the final quiz.

Which AI feature or capability was most valuable in your workflow, and why? Did anything about it surprise you?

The AI feature I found most valuable was the ability to generate images within a consistent theme. This helped save a significant amount of time and made it easier to create a more visually unified course experience.

I did not have time to fully customize every image, but if I had more time, I would have expanded the concept further by updating all of those and tailoring the language and examples specifically toward managers in the construction industry.

What challenges did you face when trying to get AI to produce the results you wanted?

A challenge I faced was creating AI-generated images with enough diversity. I often had to be very specific about race, gender, and age before I received results that matched what I was looking for.
