Ernie , thanks for sharing the screenshot. I am going to hand this one to AlyssaGomez since she is the expert. Hopefully, it is an easy workaround. We will get you an answer soon.
Thank you, SusanWhalen0822!

Hi Ernie and SusanWhalen0822!
It sounds like your Articulate 360 account admins have disabled the public sharing options.
As an alternative, you can publish the content for Web and attach the zipped output file here. That way, I should be able to open it and view your course. Let me know if you have any trouble with that!

Hi AlyssaGomez and SusanWhalen0822 Thank you for your help. Please see attached zipped file. And of course, here's my answer to these questions:
Share 3 changes you made to the Rise AI Course Draft to improve learner engagement. Why did you make those changes to your project?
To enhance the visual and structural flow of the course, I implemented the following changes:
- Visual Consistency: I used specific prompts to define primary and secondary color palettes for all AI-generated images. This ensures a cohesive visual identity throughout the module, which reduces cognitive load and makes the professional quality more engaging for the learner.
- Interactive Learning Blocks: I utilized the "AI Instant Convert" feature to transform static concepts into interactive activities. Moving away from passive text-heavy blocks keeps the learner active and improves information retention.
- Optimized Spatial Design: Following best practices, I decreased the padding between related elements. By grouping supporting content more tightly, I created a clearer visual hierarchy, helping learners intuitively understand which concepts are linked.
Which AI feature or capability was most valuable in your workflow, and why? Did anything about it surprise you? The Instant Convert feature was easily the most valuable addition to my workflow. Its ability to take raw notes or outlines and immediately structure them into formatted Rise blocks drastically reduced my initial development time. What surprised me most was the contextual accuracy of the conversion; it didn't just paste text—it intelligently selected block types (like tabs or accordions) that actually suited the logic of the content.
What challenges did you face when trying to get AI to produce the results you wanted? My primary challenge involved integrating custom audio assets. I consistently encountered error messages when attempting to attach audio files, including those exported directly from Storyline 360. While the AI is excellent at text and image generation, the technical hurdle with audio required a manual workaround. To maintain transparency for stakeholders, I inserted a placeholder note within the draft explaining the technical limitation and the intended audio experience for that section. And of course, the limitation to publicly share the link to the Rise course.
