Is anyone having trouble getting this example prompt to work?: "Change color of bold words to #1977dc." This would save my team a lot of time, but it doesn't work on my computer with either Chrome or Edge. (All other prompts have been working for me.)

I had the same issue, so I went through and manually made my updates. AlyssaGomez FYI that this prompt wasn't working for Heather and myself. Thank you!

It appears to be an issue for many of you. In the past, if I submit a support case with Articulate, there will be a prompt response:

Okay, I have opened a case for this problem: Case #01372660. (I have the latest versions of Rise / Chrome / Edge.)

I just tried to change bold words within a block in Rise to the blue hex you suggested, and it worked for me. I wonder if you have the latest Rise 360 installed?

I noticed some hexes do not work as well.

HeatherThomas-9 I have an issue with this too. Just tried again and still no change.
Rise is SaaS so we can't update it. It isn't like Storyline where we have to manually accept and update.
I also just tried the new Labs option (it wasn't there yesterday in my account, so very new) - 'Update Content with AI' which will Edit text across a course from one place. Ask in the chat to update wording, adjust the tone, or find and replace terms. Some block types and text areas aren't supported yet. This will save loads of time to be able to bulk update.
It doesn't change the colour though, I tried that!
