I'm not sure what happened to my post so here it is again...
Quick share: https://share.articulate.com/fkMTr6Vawsy6KFX8mDqr5
- Share 3 changes you made: I did instant convert to interactions. I used AI to create images. I had AI help with rewriting and paragraph structures. I did more than that, but those are the top 3.
- Which AI feature or capability was most valuable: I'm really excited about the instant convert. I've been doing it manually and it takese longer and it's obnxious. This will save me time.
- What challenges did you face: The image creation is not consistent, and you can't replicate it if you want something changed. It just gives you an all new image.

I used a few techniques to create AI images, I created the final quiz using the AI Assistant, and I created AI audio, which I had never done before!
The AI feature with the most impact is the over all "Create with AI" feature in Rise. Being able to use main and supporting documentation to create a course from scratch has been life-changing!
I still struggle with creating AI images that look like what I want. I have tried simple prompting, advanced prompting, and various styles and sometimes I end up at Shutterstock or Canva looking for what I want instead. - sheetalaprasadCommunity Member

Improvement to the Course Quality:- Used the Instant Convert feature to transform standard paragraphs into interactive blocks, such as Accordions, Sorting, and Flashcards.
- Added mandatory knowledge checks to improve learner engagement and ensure users interact with content rather than simply scrolling down to the bottom and jumping to the next lesson.
- Used AI prompts to refine the lesson introductions and integrated AI-generated audio.
Favorite AI features:
- Instant convert (in Rise): This significantly enhances the learning experience as compared by replacing to flat paragraphs with dynamic and interactive content.
- AI Audio: The sound quality and variety of voice actors are simply impressive. Having this feature in Articulate saves a substantial amount of time otherwise spent generating the audio elsewhere and importing it manually.
Challenges:
- While the AI features are very effective, I encountered challenges when I used AI prompts to elaborate on the text. The AI output occasionally included imprecise or irrelevant information.
- Same thing happens sometimes with image generation. The AI-generated images didn't exactly align with my expectations (even when using the in-built AI Image Prompt feature.)

Hi, I am sharing the Web version since my org has disabled the quick share option.
I made a few changes like - adding images, adding quizzes, and so on.
The best AI thing for me was the option to change the text into an image prompt so that I can generate a relevant image. Loved it!
Did not run into any issues with AI but I am still learning how to write better prompts. - Tina_Community Member
Here is my course
https://share.articulate.com/GM9jy6vsBl7Ua_t8gioxy
- I added images in a custom style for consistency
- I find that the problem with images in the banner format is getting the right bit of the image to show. I have to play about with cropping, but I am never 100% happy
- Added a course summary - habit, I always do this
- Added a quiz and edited some questions/answers
- Added a scenrio based hook to each lesson
- Enabled the AI tutor
- Added sorting actions
- Simplified the more wordy paragraphs
- Added a custom block with audio in the form of a testimonial
- and lots of other stuff!!!
I like the highlight key terms in the AI editor. It should work well with technical material I create.
I also discovered the AI tutor which will be very useful, especially for longer courses where the learner just needs a reminder about something and can get it by asking a question rather than searching for a specific term/word/or lesson

I really like what you have done here! The banner images look appealing and are centered just right. 🤓
I had not seen the AI tutor before. What a great feature to include! It provided a decent summary for me. The scenario image and voiceover provided variety to the course.
What kind of prompts did you use to achieve a professional, yet cartoon product? I think it was a nice balance. Thanks for sharing, Tina_

Hi Everyone.
Adding my course here as a web (Zip) file as my org has the Review link disabled.
Changes I made.-
Updated the Course Description using AI.
-
Converted the interactive blocks instatly.
-
Generated Course Summary and Quiz lessons.
- Also tried out the AI labs feature of creating AI Videos and added that as well.
AI feature or capability - most valuable
- I really like specificing what each resource or document we are adding at the beginning of the course creation with that settings icon. It helps me to specific some reference documents like writing styles, brand colors as reference and not as one single source of truth.

Quick link to the course I modified: https://share.articulate.com/d9C6ZNGbhwx3TUGIY4aLM
Three changes I made:
- I converted a lot of the text content into scenarios to help the learner better see how it can relate to a real-life situation.
- I added AI introduction and summary paragraphs for sections of content, but shortened them to keep them brief.
- I created AI images that had a Pixar animation style throughout for consistency (and fun).
Which AI feature or capability was most valuable:
I found it most helpful to be able to convert blocks of information to different formats easily. This saves a lot of time from having to copy and paste. It also allowed me to compare various blocks to see which one I liked better without investing a lot of time. I hope the options expand further to labeled graphics and other interactions as well!
The second would be image generation when I was feeling stuck on an idea (however this was both a pro and a con for me).
What challenges did you face:
I found it challenging when I would accidentally click out of the AI editing window and it would erase the steps I was working on. I had to remember to specifically use the options below the editor, instead of trying to copy or edit text within the window itself.
The second was image creation. When it worked, it was great! But I found it was really challenging to include anything that involved text as words were not spelled correctly (even if I gave the exact spelling). It didn’t always take the direction I was trying to provide, and it wouldn’t allow me to pick an image and further edit it.

Here is my course!

3 changes I made to the course:
Edited an intro text block with AI to convert to a scenario.
Used AI to edit text to make it shorter in a few areas where it seemed too long.
Added additional AI knowledge checks with an introductory block.
Most valuable feature:
The scenario generator with AI. I LOVE it! Have already used it in creating assets at my job.
Challenges faced:
Generating icons/images with AI is still tough for me. One of the four that are generated will be close to what I want. I try to edit the prompt a bit and it changes it but not how I was hoping. I do understand the prompts better, so I think I just need to play around more! https://share.articulate.com/8Fdm7R4_XFgpQlM936ZzJ
I made several changes. The most notable was changing all the images to cartoon-style images with Latino characters. The second change was adding two new topics: one on the importance of gender equality and another on virtual meetings or working from home. The third change was that I made it available in Spanish. The most valuable feature is the ability to create a draft by uploading the material. It saves a lot of work to have a draft and work from it. The challenges I encountered were that you have to be very detailed for the AI to give you what you're thinking; sometimes the images were cropped. But overall, it worked very well.

Changes I Made (most to the first lesson only)
- Updated all the images with a custom image
- Added AI audio to the whole first lesson
- Converted a number of block types
Most Valuable
- Probably the image generator or the image prompt
Most Challenging
- Getting the image to use the custom type I wanted.
- I could not get the AI audio to read answers to knowledge check questions
