A Storyline 2.0 version output stopped working, published in HTML5

Hi, I have the elearning modules that have been created in Storyline 2.0 and published in HTML5 output and they started abruptly freezing on interactions. I am in contact with the web developers in chase something has been moved improperly, but  I wanted to find out if there may have been any developments that made products of that version dated and not working any more. The click through content is OK, it is the interactions that do not respond.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

  • There have been a lot of changes with the browsers and HTML5 over the past decade and I would assume that the output from SL2 is not supported by the browsers.

  • The HTML5 of SL2 is old and I am surprised it has worked as long as this, it really should be republished in SL360

  • SL2 was also only supporting Chrome on Windows and Safari and Chrome on a Mac

  • Thank you all for the responses. We are working on republishing the content. We are a non-profit organization and are not producing much content, so we are looking for the most economical solution for us.
