Adding and subtracting from variables

Hi I notice the new trigger panel has variables that adjust variables liek this

set score to value....  this is a static value.

But, I want to add to the variable and continuously within a slide ... This was easy in previous versions ... you just selected 'add" or "minus".  Is this feature not supported anymore?

    Hi Steven,

    Don't panic, this option is still available to you; however, the way it is accessed has changed slightly, which is why you missed it.

    All you have to do when you set up your trigger to adjust the variable is to click on the word Set (which has a dashed underline) and then select the Add option:

      I am creating a custom timer following Mark Spermon's tutorial. I was able to add the "subtract" option for Seconds but I don't get all the other options for my Minutes variable. It only allows me to Set the value.

    I suspect your Minutes is a text variable rather than a number
