Alt text on Cover page image not recognized by NVDA

Hello,

I am having an issue with the alt text not being read on the image for the cover page of my published Rise modules.  We use NVDA and Narrator screen readers.  Is there a known issue regarding Cover page images and alt text?  

Anybody else have a similar issue and able to fix it?
