API Integration for Certificate Generation from Storyline Form

Hi All,

I would need help with API Integration to a Form created in Storyline. In the form I am collecting the learner's first name, last name and email ID. There is a final Submit button. The final parameters passed will be userId, firstname, lastname, emailId, uniqueid. What I need help with is the JS code which needs to be added to the trigger for the Submit button.

I have a similar JS code for Gomo platform, but I would need help in writing the same code for Storyline. Attaching the code below for reference.
