Audio Based Interaction with the User.

Hi friends., I've been trying to develop a course only based though the voice over controls of the user which i've saw some videos through LinkedIn and Youtube., I've got the access of the microphone using the custom javascript., but not able proceed further. Please let me know if there is any possiblities in this one.
