Audio Block with AI problem

Hi

I'm having a strange problem. Whenever I try to add audio with AI, the window appears allowing me to configure it and enter the text, but after a few seconds, it resets, preventing me from generating the audio. When I manage to click the generate button, it starts but then resets again.

 

I've tested it in all courses and in incognito mode.

    Thanks so much for sharing the video, that was really helpful. And thanks as well for already testing this across multiple courses and in an incognito window, that helps narrow things down.

    I tested adding AI-generated audio on my end and wasn’t able to reproduce the reset behavior you’re seeing. The Audio block and Generate flow worked as expected. Since this is happening across all courses for you, it may be something specific to your environment or account session.

    A few things worth trying next:

    • Refresh the page and sign out and back into Rise 360
    • Test in a different browser or on another network, if possible
    • Temporarily disable any network security tools, VPNs, or strict firewall settings, as these can sometimes interrupt the AI service call.

     

    If the issue persists, I’d recommend opening a support case so the team can take a closer look at what’s happening behind the scenes.

    EricSantos​ Thank you so much. 

    I test in same computer across different browser and also in other computer and other network. the issue continue. 

    But I noticed that if the project is new, completely empty, the problem does not occur.

    i follow your suggestion and i will open a support case, probably something strange is happening with my account.
