Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
- Is the delay happening to all videos that you produce on Canva, or just a few?
- Are all videos affected, or just the ones created in Canva?
- Are the delays still present when you publish your course?
Additionally, you can try re-encoding your videos using a tool called Handbrake to see if this helps address the delays. Here's how. If all of your videos are affected by the delay, try repairing your Storyline 360 installation as a troubleshooting step.

Hi JT, I appreciate your response. I just created one video in Canva. I didn't publish it yet. I'll check out your suggestions for fixing more closely....Thanks.
