Audio issues in courses running in LMS

We are currently testing a Storyline course that was created for an upcoming compliance rollout, and we’re encountering inconsistent audio issues for some users.

In my own testing, the audio plays correctly on all slides. However, a colleague in London reported that some slides have no audio, even though audio is present in the course.

To investigate further, I proxied in as that user, and when launching the course under their profile I experienced the same issue—audio missing on some slides. When I launch the course under my own profile, the audio works as expected.

Additional details:

The course is published as SCORM 2004 v3

The package runs correctly in SCORM Cloud with no audio issues

Has anyone encountered similar behavior where audio works for some users but not others? Any suggestions on what might cause this or what we should check would be greatly appreciated.
