Best way to remodel a large Storyline file?
I've been assigned an older Storyline file to remodel and upgrade with our templates. It consists of 6 different scene for a total of about 80 slides.
I have a pretty decent computer, so that's not the issue.
It's almost like when as your working, and you preview the timeline it really lags and disrupts production. Additionally, if you try and insert an image from the computer it really lags.
I'm wondering if I should open a Storyline file side by side and just copy and paste and work on 1 slide at a time.
Thanks for any ideas!

Have you considered importing this SL file into a new project and see if that makes a difference.
You also may want to submit a case and let Support take a look.

Can you tell me a little more? You mean save the file as a Storyline file, then open a new project and import the project?
I'm curious how this could be helpful, but it is worth trying. Just curious how this would improve things?

Correct - I would confirm that your slide sizes are the same first. But sometimes a file experiences some unexplained corruption over time, and this step can help give it a fresh start.
