Blurring text for privacy

wow, still no blur tool, well done

Do check the later ELH challenge on blurred background. I added a Dynamic blur working for all elements including video.

We are living in a world where user's privacy is a hot daily topic, I think that this feature cannot be overlooked any longer. I really hope Articulate team will take this feature request seriously. You already see how many developers are requesting this feature and how it will assist our job greatly. I will especially benefit when the blurring can be applied on short animation like scrolling when recording simulation. Thanks!

When redacting text, it should be edited as an image, rather than being obscured using simple HTML/CSS styling. For example, text masked using the same background color as that of the text body itself can be trivially revealed when highlighted.

Don't Use Magic Eraser to Blur Your Face

I found a free blurred transparency png and have used it as an overlay.  Works, but agree that this is a much needed feature.

Any update on if this is now a feature? 

I have asked for blurring function from Articulate Storyline 1, we work a lot with privacy, especially on simulations. So disappointing that this request does not even in roadmap. I was not the only one that made the request.
