Blurry Images

Hello,

I have tried to adjust my image size and resolution while I'm taking a screenshot to match the slide size. I've made my browser screen, that I am capturing, smaller to try to resolve the issue and that does not work either. I have filtered through all the resources on Articulate regarding the image quality and tried everything that has been said. I am really not sure what to do at this point because my screenshots are crystal clear in any other application besides Articulate Storyline 360.

    Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag. 

    We've listed some tips here on how to maintain the quality of media files in your project, but it looks like you're already familiar with some of them. 

    Would you be willing to share a copy of your image and project files here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
