Browser Text‑to‑Speech Not Reading Rise Course Content

Hi Team,

I’m reaching out because I’m experiencing an accessibility issue with our Rise training modules hosted on the Docebo platform. When accessing these courses through the browser, the built‑in screen-reading tools (such as Microsoft Edge Read Aloud) are unable to read the on‑screen text within the Rise lessons. The browser can read the surrounding interface, but it does not detect or read the training content itself.

Could you please advise whether:

  1. There is a recommended or supported screen‑reader application that works reliably with Rise courses in Docebo,
  2. Any browser settings need to be enabled to improve text readability, or
  3. There are specific accessibility settings within Rise or Articulate that must be activated to ensure compatibility with screen readers.

Any guidance that could help improve the reading experience for learners who rely on text‑to‑speech tools would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your support,

Jacek

Hi Jacek! Following since we use Docebo too. I don't have a solution, but have you reached out to Docebo community about this? Docebo users are super helpful (like they are for Articulate). I hope someone comes through with a solution soon!
