Callout Pointer not in proper when we give a shadow effect. Please help me on this..
Dear Friends,
Callout Pointer is not proper when we give a shadow effect. Screenshot attached. I am getting complaints from the client. And I am using a licensed version. Please refer to the Screenshot. I request you people help me to solve this issue on an urgent basis.

Happy to share that we've just released a new update for Storyline 360!
In Build 3.106.35838.0 we’ve included essential fixes and new features. One of the bugs we’ve fixed is:
- Shadows were missing from speech bubble pointers.
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.

Welcome to the community, Palani, and I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this!
I can recreate this behavior where the shadow effect on a caption bubble is cut off. We have reported this to our team as a bug, and I've linked this discussion to the report so you'll get notified of any new updates we share.
You can try a workaround to rotate a callout by 90 degrees and see if that helps.
