Can I make a frame around the slide and the menu at the same time?

Hi Heroes, 

I have the following wireframe which already designed on my end. However, I wonder if there is a way to make this frame, indicated by the yellow arrow, to contain both the slide and the built-in menu side? Any suggestions?
