Capturing freeform question answers and sending them to SuccessFactors
Hi,
Is it possible to create a survey type question yes/no that includes a freeform field for learners to add text on i.e. if selected no, add comments to why...etc. and capture this text in the LMS?

You could branch to a text based question if they answer no, or you can add a text entry box on a layer that shows if they answer no and then capture the text in a hidden question (there is a tutorial on here to show this, sorry cannot find).
You can only have one type of question per slide but can work around it with these two methods, I am sure there are more.
