Close button does not work when replacing SCORM file in the LMS
Hello,
My team and I are facing a pretty annoying issue which is that everytime we replace the SCORM content of an existing e-learning in our LMS, the close button won't work anymore and when the user clicks on it, nothing happens.
The solution is then to create and publish a new course which is not ideal if we need to keep track of our user's statistics.
The issue occurs with Rise but also with Storyline.
Has anyone faced or is facing this issue as well?

Hi Federica,
I'm sorry you are having this issue with your close button! Have you tested your course in SCORM cloud? It's an online LMS environment that can be used to figure out whether the issue is with the LMS or the Story file. If you test your course on SCORM cloud and it works perfectly, then your issue is LMS based.

Thanks for your reply.
I just tried to complete the course and once I exit the course and check the reportage data it doesn't seem to have recorded my result.
