'Complete all blocks above' not working
Anyone else experiencing this currently? Continue buttons aren't becoming active when using the 'complete all blocks above' feature. Have tried multiple courses, multiple pieces of content, and all the blocks have been complete.

Hi TomMorris-a12a8!
Sorry to hear that Continue Blocks from your Rise courses are not playing back as expected!
I'd be happy to help troubleshoot and have some follow-up questions to get us started:
- Are you experiencing this issue across all supported browsers?
- Does clearing your browser's cache make any improvement?
- Do the affected Rise courses contain Storyline Blocks before the Continue Block? If so, we recently shipped a fix for a Storyline 360 bug. This bug prevented Continue Blocks from becoming unlocked, even if the learner fully completed the Storyline interaction.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Question: Does the Complete content above block, work with a Click on a PDF letter above block? Because right now it is not working. Learners are not having to click on the letter to move on.
Hello NWA1990,
Thanks for reaching out! I can confirm that the behavior you are experiencing is expected with the Continue Button Block in Rise 360. PDF files clicked directly in an Attachment Block are not recorded in the Completion settings of the Continue Button. This feature only captures if the learner has viewed that Attachment Block.
If you want to engage the learner before proceeding and prevent the Continue Button from being active, you could insert a sorting activity or another interactive block based on the PDF to help direct them to open the file. Here's a quick visual.
I hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any other questions!
