Costs to develop a Course

Think of it as rise being the car you buy and ask what is the price? A car have so many features..or no features other then basics.

So what you could be asking is "with this list of objectives ... i need a rise based e-learning.,

not to go in into fixed price and on hourly cost...

The question is similar to asking, how long is a string?

But if to define or have include to define...in the scope it makes it possible to at least give you a best guess..

I am working in corp environment but i have also worked as consultant. 
Maybe you need more help then the Rise expert?
Maybe you need an e-learning project manager to start with?
