Course Certificate Template
I'm attempting to use a course certificate template in Storyline created by Sarah Hodge: https://community.articulate.com/download/storyline-course-certificate-template
However, when users try to print the certificate, the print button remains in the top right corner. I've tried changing the state through a trigger, but that's not achieving the result I need.
Thank you for any suggestions!

Hi Kristy,
Thanks so much for reaching out! I see that you've opened a support case and that working with my colleague Carlo. You're in great hands!
We'll continue the conversation over in your case.
Have a wonderful afternoon!

I have never had a great printed certificate using the method similar to what you are trying to do.Here is an alternate method that automatically downloads a PDF certificate in the student's download folder. The last slide titled "Game Over" contains 2 hidden layers that explain how it is done plus acknowledges the great work done by others that allowed me to develop this approach.

EarlHelwig the review link works and it downloads the certificate, but then I downloaded the zip file to open the storyline project to see how you did it and when I publish it, it does not download the certificate :( :( any ideas why this is?

Karenuqkolav1uq I just tested the module that I had in place and it is working as designed (SCORM. The WebObject strategy used can be tricky. If you make any changes to content referenced by the web object (i.e. inserted your own certificate.jpeg image in the "Required WebObject Files for Cert. Module " Folder), you will need to delete that web object on Slide 2.3 (GetCert), and then re-insert a new WebObject pointing to the "Required WebObject Files for Cert. Module " Folder to see your changes reflected in the published output. Slide 3.2 (GetCert).
This eLearning strategy works in an LMS environment and on Articulate Review 360. It no longer works if you publish to WEB - web security protocols don't appear to be compatible with WebObjects. A good LMS test environment is SCORUM CLOUD which has a free account for testing
