Creating a scenario
I am working with a client who is tasking me to create a scenario of a new employee walking to an office building. I am struggling to find the best way to create. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Without well-defined, clearly-stated goals, it seems unlikely this can be done. With them, it's relatively straight forward.
Start with a picture of an office building with a person standing in front. When the learner clicks the door, change the picture to the interior of an office. Next, ask the client to define what the person will see, do, and learn. If they can't (or won't) define those three questions for each step, I don't think you can create a scenario that will make them happy.
