Creating a Yes, No Training - Track Results?

I am creating an internal training that is structured on questions that the user can answer "Yes" or "No" to. If the user clicks "Yes" they are taken to a slide with examples, if the user clicks "No" they are taken to the next question. 

The question I have is, is there a way to track/capture the "Yes" and "No" responses in a results slide? Hoping to give the results so the user can reflect on the "No" responses and engage in further training.
