Custom Palette in SL360

But does not provide the solution. 

Here's what the User Guide info about color palettes says about sharing them:

We also did a quick one-slide version in PPT, using a series of rectangles all sized the same. The rectangles are filled with the correct hex code/Pantone color, then the hex code is given in a text box below the rectangle. Shared it across the different learning teams here. Old school but it works.
