Declaration
Hello,
I have received a request to add in a declaration at the start of an e-learning course, something along the lines of "I declare that I am completing this course unsupported and alone."
Just wanted to see what others have done with the wording and capture of declarations.
I've never had anyone request that type of declaration. Your wording seems fine.
To ensure the answer is documented, present the statement in a T/F Survey question. To send the answer to the LMS, you'll also need to add a Survey Results slide. But you can redesign however you want (in other words, it doesn't need to look like a results slide).
Thanks Judy, yeah I hadn't had a request like that.. but we had an incident where someone was being help through a course....
Yeah that was my thinking for documenting it.
