Editing Images in Rise

Once an image is uploaded, there is an option to do some basic edits to the image. It opens in a new window, allows you to add some mark-ups and save, but when I close it, the message tells me the changes haven't been saved. The only workaround is to upload a new image from my Downloads folder which is where the changes were saved. Is there a better way to do this? I find this very clunky and not user friendly at all. There needs to be some way of editing an image within the software!

  • Hi NK-N-Somerset!

I'm sorry to hear you've encountered this setback while editing images in Rise 360!

I can see why it's worrying that your edits do not appear to save after closing. That shouldn't be happening if you've made changes using the image editor. Let's take a closer look to confirm whether this is expected behavior or a possible bug. Can you please share which Block you're working with, or a short screen recording, so we can investigate?

If you'd prefer to share the recording privately, please do so through a support case.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
