Export 3 result variables to LMS
I would like to export three variables (score %) to the LMS.
This because I would like to be able to report the score of students per level
Is there someone of these heroes who has already got this working?
What do I need for that?
Thanks for your comment.

Hi Berend!
I gather from your post that you would like to report on each of these quizzes, correct? One student might take quiz 4.2, another quiz 6.2 etc.?
Your LMS should be able to receive this information if published to SCORM 2004 (any version would suffice). Check what version of SCORM your LMS supports.

Thank you, that's correct.
My LMS accepts xAPI and SCORM 1.2. SCORM 2004 is not an option in this LMS

I think SCORM 1.2 does report the quiz score. This would usually be available in a generated report in the LMS. What LMS are you using?

We use a customised lms that has been developed by our ict department.
I heard that reporting multiple quiz scores should be possible in this LMS by using xAPI. However, this does not work well in the LMS, so I suspect that the LMS itself is the problem.

You can get the quiz score using xAPI, that's for sure. I do believe your LMS may be the issue. Did the people who built it, test that xAPI works?

xAPI works for sure. The problem is that there is only one score reported in the LMS, I think the problem is the LMS indeed.

I think it's tricky as you are trying to report on the score. As I recall (I may be wrong), Storyline reports whatever quiz is passed first - meaning only one score is reported. You might be able to get around this using xAPI, but it's tricky.

Hi Berend! I see that Michael is helping and has way more experience with LMSs than I do (so thanks Michael!). I just wanted to chime in and share this resource with you in case it helps - Storyline 360: Custom xAPI Statements
Although we don't officially provide support for advanced custom xAPI statements, perhaps some of the tips in that article might give you or your LMS administrator more insight into Storyline 360 and custom xAPI statements and how it all works together.
