Hi Ruth,
We are tracking requests for the option to export question banks to PDF or Publish to Review. We haven't added this to our immediate roadmap, but we'll be sure to let you know if anything changes!
In the meantime, if you need to share your questions banks with your managers, here's what you you can do:
- Create a sample course with a quiz
- And add all the questons from your question bank to the quiz
- Export your course to PDF or Publish to Review 360
- Share your exported course with your managers.
I hope this helps!

Could I add my support to this please.
Great workaround though, I was going to screenshot them all so will try that - thank you!
I've noticed that when comments area added against the questions in the review area it doesn't correspond to the questions as they are random.
Thanks
Amanda
Hi Amanda!
Thanks for reaching out!
I've included you in the feature report to allow for the exporting of Question Banks in Rise 360. We'll be sure to update this discussion if it makes it onto our Feature Roadmap!
To your second point regarding Review 360 comments, I noticed you had recently opened a support case and connected with my colleague, Jan Lua. It sounded like the issue had previously resolved itself. Sorry to hear it's popped back up again! As Jan Lua shared, this behavior may be related to your browser's cache. Can you try clearing the cache to see if that helps?

I second this feature request. I would like to be able to export/import quiz questions from an excel file or GIFT file format so I can do a review in something like Kahoot, or use the native quiz in Docebo to get more information about what questions are missed. Having the flexibility to import and export questions with answers would be very helpful.

There are quite a few discussion threads on this request. Please add this feature. Love the question bank, but don't like the tools we have to manage it. Would be great if we could export all selected questions to Excel or PDF or something other than screenshots or a Review 360.
Thanks for adding your voice to this request, Christine. I appreciate the additional details you've added. They help our product team prioritize!
I understand how exporting question banks would benefit you and your organization. I'll add your comments to the feature report and notify you if there are any changes that might help.

This would be VERY helpful for us. The issue I'm currently running into is that I put all the question banks into one course and sent a review link to the SME. However, they responded by telling me to fix question 9, 23, etc. Except because when I added the question banks, I said Draw Selection Settings = Random and Number of Questions in Draw = [all questions], the SME's #9 is not the same as my number 9.
It would be much more helpful if we could export as an Excel spreadsheet which I could send to the SMEs so they can make edits directly in the spreadsheet and send it back to me. - DavidMaddocks-fCommunity Member
I second this feature request. Reviewing a pdf is an easy way to look for typos.
