Sorry for the trouble this is causing! We don't have any known issues with Rise 360 that would prevent publishing. Are you publishing to Web, LMS, or Review 360?
Additionally, are you seeing this behavior with every course or just this specific course that you are working on?

Sorry for the trouble publishing your Rise courses. Thanks for confirming this happens in all your courses and sharing the screenshot; I'm happy to help! We can start with the troubleshooting steps below:
A) Please clear your browser cache and cookies, then reaccess the course.
B) Use Incognito mode to rule out possible browser extensions causing the problem.
C) Use a different browser; ensure your browser has the latest updates and JavaScript is enabled.
