Feature request: Change behavior of "Enter" in Formatting and Size/Position Dialogs

I'm a graphic designer doing instructional development.

It drives me up a wall that, 

• when I've gone through the clicks it takes to get to get to the "Format Shape" or "Size and position" dialogs
• they auto-close when I hit "enter"
• which is the normal key to "confirm changes in the selected text box" in a dialog in most software

I use those two panels constantly to ensure objects don't suddenly shift position/style between slides.

"Escape" already closes the dialogs like in most software, so it's not like it's the only way to close them.

Suggestions:

• allow us to dock those two panels permanently like the Timeline and States, or like the tool panels in Powerpoint and Adobe products
• change the behavior of "enter" in those panels to change focus from the text box to the dialog window, or change to the next box, like "Tab"

Bonus

• allow us to dock the Font and Paragraph panels too, with the same "apply changes after exiting text field" updating as Format and Size. Updating line height and paragraph spacing
• allow us to add all four of those panels to the quick access toolbar
