Graded Quiz Storyline 360 into HealthStream

I have created a quiz in Storyline 360 with 2 max attempts allowed with the ability for the student to review the questions between attempts. I then want either the students first attempt pass OR their second attempt score (regardless pass/fail) be sent to HealthStream so we can track who has failed a course. Right now with the settings students are failing the first attempt, reviewing, passing the second and then HealthStream is saying they failed the course (not correct). The only get around I have found to this is making the feedback be immediate but that may be too overwhelming for some students.
I narrowed it down to the issue being the "review" trigger because when I don't review the questions in between HealthStream does record/see my 2nd attempt.
Does anyone have any insight on this? I can share pictures of my results slide triggers if need be.

If I'm reading this correct Articulate can't do this. Articulate will only send a Pass or Fail to the LMS. What I have found in most cases the test needs to be created in LMS environment. On some LMS platforms you can create the test, allow the learner to take it as many times as you want, let them review between tests, and send a grade for each.

Yes, I would prefer to build it in the LMS platform but the conditions of the test are if they miss specific questions they automatically fail because I have their "worth" set higher than the other questions.
